We are looking for a nice starter home within on the west-side of Green Bay. We prefer 3 bedrooms and a lower level that is or could be finished for extra rec space. Our budget is up to 95,000 and we would like to stay focused on the city limits of Green Bay's west side neighborhoods.  We would also prefer something that is move-in or "nearly" move-in ready and also prefer single story ranch homes with a yard.
