Buyers Property Description: 

We are a small family looking for a ranch or cape cod with single floor living. Laundry in the basement is ok and we need a bedroom and full bath on the main floor. We would prefer a flat yard that we could put a pool in at some point. We are very open on location and prefer to stay in Lehigh county. South Whitehall and Macungie area both upper and lower are on the top of our list. We are qualified and pre approved for a VA Loan. We prefer to use our VA Guarenteed Home Loan benifit but it is not required.
