Buyers Property Description: 

We are ready to buy our first home and searching for a place in or near Wilmington! We are open to different locations but would like no more than a 40 minute drive to Wilmington as that is where most of our business will take place. We would like to find something that does not need alot of work and has at least a 1 car garage as we need that space for storing stuff for our business. 

We like an open floor plan design and need a fairly good size kitchen with plenty of cabinets and work space to do lots of cooking!
