Buyers Property Description: 

I am searching for a home to buy in or close to Southport, NC!

I would like to find either a smaller home (less to maintain) or a townhouse. I am a long time resident of the area and have been living in Oak Island for the last few years.

My main goal is to find a property that is near downtown Southport or a short drive/ bike ride away.

I don't want to have to do many projects so a home that is already updated and move in ready is preferred.

It's just me and my dog so I am looking for at least 2 bedrooms with at least 1,400 square feet & open floor plan.

I love hanging out outside so a screened in porch is a huge bonus as well as a fenced in area for my dog would be ideal!!!
