Buyers Property Description: 

I am originally from North Carolina now living full time in Massachusetts and am wanting to buy a second home to getaway and revisit my home state!

I don't need a huge property, 1-2 bedrooms is just fine.... I just want to be close to the beach!! The closer the better but I will consider anything within 10 or so miles of the coast. My ideal place would put me within walking distance or a short drive to the beach.

I would prefer a propety that is updated and move in ready but don't mind taking care of some cosmetic items.

The property can be a single family home, townhome or condo... really doesnt matter as it will just be my landing place while I'm soaking up the sun!
