Buyers Property Description: 

Our family has been gathering on Holden Beach for many years and I am looking to buy a place of my own in the area.

The main thing I am looking for is easy boat access and the ability to get to the Waterway around Holden Beach without too much trouble. This could be a private or public boat launch/dock... just as long as it is close by the house and there is somewhere I can store my boat.

I am not to particular on the house, just need a place to land as most my time will be spent on the beach or on the water.
