We are getting ready to relocate to the North Carolina Coast & need to find a house!!!
We are looking for a home as close to the Ocean as possible but also would consider something more inland if it was an awesome place within a short drive to the beach.
We need a 3 bedroom home with at least 2 bathrooms. We prefer a brick ranch style home but will certainly consdier other options if the location is right.
We like a good sized yard and are ok if the property needs some updating.
A garage (at least 1 car) is a huge bonus for us.
The open floor plan style home is the most appealing but again location is our #1 goal and we can be flexible on the rest!
