Buyers Property Description: 

We are looking to relocate from South Carolina to Southeastern North Carolina.

I am a retired Army Veteran and looking for a place to fully retire to close to the coast (we don't need to be on the water but a short drive to the Beach is what we are after).

I would actually prefer to find a fixer upper as I like doing home projects and need something to keep me busy when the Beach weather isn't great.

A home of at least 1,500 or so square feet is prefered with a first floor master bedroom. If the property already has a grage that would be a huge bonus.

We really like the towns of Southprot, Supply and Calabash but would consider other areas for the right property.
