Buyers Property Description: 

I am searching for a beach house to use as a second home and rent when I am not using it. I live on the West Coast but visit North Carolina frequently and would like to have my own place here. I am considering a single family home or a condo. Ocean views or water views of some sort are a definite plus but at a minimum it needs to have pretty easy beach access. I am flexible on size and would consider anything from a 1 bedroom condo type property to a 3-4 bedroom house.
