For years, Mike enjoyed a highly successful career in Sales & Marketing where he led teams and managed business for some of the country’s top brands and corporations, including Walmart, Target, Supervalu, Meijer, Babies ‘R’ Us, Kraft Foods and Abbott Labs. But even with his enormous successes, Mike yearned for something more. Encouraged by his family and a close personal friends to look into getting his real estate license, Mike did just that and hasn’t once looked back. Finally, he discovered what he’d been missing all along: the satisfaction that comes from helping people with one of the most important decisions they’ll ever make.
Today, The Duley Group is one of the fasting growing—and highly regarded—real estate teams in Northwest Arkansas. As CEO of The Duley Group, Mike leads by example, working hard to ensure our team maintains a laser-like focus on customer satisfaction.
Always smiling and exuding a passion for people, Mike is madly in love with his wife Cody and two adorable daughters, Evelyn and Sinclaire. He grew up in Miami and would later attend Florida State University. And, while he’s understandably obsessed with the Seminoles, this naturalized Arkansan is also more than proud to call the Hogs whenever he can!
