John-Garrett was raised in a construction and real estate family in Southern California. He was born in Laguna Beach and raised in North Tustin. He is a 4th generation University of Kansas graduate following a long standing family tradition. John-Garrett worked in real estate in Kansas learning the residential real estate market from top to bottom by working side by side with the top producer in Kansas. He was involved in the buying and selling of primary and secondary homes as well as income producing properties. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his son.
