With a background in dance and theater, Libby has unique and creative marketing skills, bringing buyers and sellers together. Her attention to detail, listening and negotiating skills, and extensive knowledge of the market creates a positive experience for her customers. &nbsp;Libby believes the best service she can offer customers is to actively listen to their needs, and use her skills to provide for those needs.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>As a&nbsp;resident of St. Augustine since 1988, she enjoys living there with husband Gene.&nbsp; Together they have raised two children.&nbsp; She is active in the St. Johns County School program as a mentor for Take Stock in Children (INK). &nbsp;She was artistic director of the St. Augustine Premier Ballet Company and the St. Augustine Nutcracker Ballet for fifteen seasons. &nbsp;Continuing her passion for performance, Libby host &ldquo;LizMarie&rsquo;s Cabaret&rdquo; the fourth Friday of each month at the Royal St. Augustine Golf and Country Club.&nbsp; &ldquo;I invite everyone to be part of the rich artistic culture that is &ldquo;St. Augustine&rdquo;.</p>
