ANN BENNETT, ESQ. is a former practicing family law and probate attorney and guardian ad litem. In 2015, after more than 10 successful years in private practice she went to work as a full-time Residential Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan in Bedford, New Hampshire. She has used her knowledge and experience to assist many families and their legal counsel in helping with the real estate issues while navigating the courts through divorce, estates and guardianships. As a specialist as a house neutral, she provides both free and fee-based resources to aide in the valuation, preparation and the sometimes sale of the real estate. She is an active member of the New Hampshire, Maine and Connecticut Bar Associations, an Inactive Member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Member of the New Hampshire Board of Realtors and a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and holds Realtor® designations of RCS-D (Real Estate Collaborative Specialist-Divorce), CPE (Certified Probate Expert), SRS (Seller Representation Specialist), and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor).
