Our client is ready to own again and wants a home located in an area where it's fun and safe to walk her doggie, has good bones or is already updated and easy access to freeways.

We are looking for our future retirement home that we can rent out short term in the meanwhile. Does not have to be updated- we are ok with cosmetic fixes needed. Would LOVE to find something with an ocean view. Walking distance to the beach is a must. If it is already furnished, even better! Minimum 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and are open to single family, condo or townhouse. 

We are looking for a condo(preference) or single family home in the Ponte Vedra High School district. Prefer one story, 1800+ sq.ft with a minimum 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. If it is a condo they must allow dogs(small breed) Prefer to have a garage but not a must. Community or home MUST have a pool and a clubhouse with a gym would be nice! 

We are in the market to find a combonation personal use/vaction rental property on Oak Island.

We plan to visit several times per year from our Lake Murrie House in South Carolina for a littel Beach time. We have friends that own on the Island as well so we can vacation together. 

When we are not using the property for personal use we do plan to rent it out so something that would be an attractive rental would be nice.

This home is currently being sold for $50K. Willing to negotiate price. Great investment for a buyer who can flip and rent out home. Spacious land. Estimated repairs run between $12K-$15K.

We are looking for a home that doesn't have to be large, but ideally would have an ADU or an option to build one.  Our areas of interest go from Eaglerock and El Serreno, down to Highland Park and Southeast LA.  We can accommodate the timing of the seller for the right home!
