Buyers Property Description: 

I'm a first time home buyer and moved to Seatte recently.  I'm looking to stop paying rent, yet want a two-bedroom, so I can rent out a room and have another person pay part of my mortgage.  My ideal condo would be one with lots of natural light, a great floorplan for roommates, low HOA dues, nice building amenities if the dues are higher, parking for 2-cars, and within a 30 minute commute by bus, light-rail or bike to South Lake Union.
