Buyers Property Description: 

I am looking for My first home In the Salt lake valley. I would like a 2 story home with a basement, garage, and a decent back yard.

I would also like an updated floor plan (open)and be offering at least 2 additional rooms for office space and formal dining room. We are looking for transitional style home in an established neighborhood (no new construction). We would love to have a guest bedroom downstairs, but not a dealbreaker. We would also love a fenced in yard or at least a home that can be fenced in.
