Buyers Property Description: 

I'm looking for a small older home. For my situation, it has to be a one level house, on a small level lot & have central heat/air.  I only need a 2 bedroom/1 bath, but would also consider 3 bedroom/1 to 2 baths.  A carport and/or a seperate storage building would be nice too. It can be a house in need of cosmetic work, but I need to be able to live in it while any repairs are done. My preference is Tullahoma, in the area that is east of S. Jackson St. & north of E. Carroll St. (New Manchester Hwy).  Manchester, TN is also a possibility.  I'd love to find one that is not already on the MLS.  I'm a cash buyer, but would be the actual homeowner living in the home, & should be able to close by end of March to mid April.
