Buyers Property Description: 

We are looking for our forever home. We are needing at least 4 bedrooms or 3 and a bonus room. A large kitchen is appreciated as we love to cook. We'd like a large enough yard for our kids to play and soon to be furr baby! A large living room is a huge asset as well, as we love to entertain. We are looking mainly in Wilmington, yet are open to parts of Leland closest to Wilmington. We'd love to stay around $350k or below.

If you know of two lots close to one another in these same areas, we'd certainly be interested as well, as our parents will be moving closer in the next couple of years and could love for them to be close to us when they come.
