Buyers Property Description: 

My boyfriend and I are recent college grads, and are moving to KC for jobs. Looking for a starter home that at most, needs just a little TLC. Prefer driveway over street parking - garage space even better! Definitely would like ample yard space for our dog, with either an existing fence or opportunity to do so easily. Love interesting details in homes, so an older one is ok. No cookie-cutter, typical suburban homes. Also want to be close to downtown.
