Buyers Property Description: 

I am from Illinois and searching for a great Beach House to vacation to and escape the midwest winters and also rent it out part of the year when we are not using it. 

I would like to find something walking distance to the Beach but may consider something a little farther back for the right property (as long as the beach is quickly and easily accessible with a golf cart, short drive or bike ride)

A pool would be a great plus but not necessary. I need a minimum of 3 sleeping rooms but the more bedrooms the better!

Also, something with good rental potential or history is preferred. 

A property that is "Turn-key" would be great but also not afraid to do some updates for the right place.

I am looking mainly from Topsail Beach down to Ocean Isle Beach, including Oak Island, Carolina Beach, Holden Beach & Sunset Beach?
