Buyers Property Description: 

I am relocating from Washington State to be closer to family. I am searching for a home near the Souther Coast of North Carolina.

I would like to find a home that has a master bedroom on the main floor and a finished room above the garage would be great!

If the home was in a community offering ammenities that would also be a bonus. I play tennis, so courts in the area would be an awesome perk.

Also, we ride bikes alot so having bike trails or streets & sidewalks that we could ride on is preferred.

I've done the whole updating/remodel thing plenty of times but for this home we are looking for something that is already updated and move in condition.
