Buyers Property Description: 

We are searching for an Oceanfront property on Oak Island to use as a combo personal use and investment/rental property. 

We love the Yaupon Beach area but are open to any oceanfront property that fits our needs.

We need at least 4 bedrooms. The property can be in any condition or even a vacant lot that we can build on. If it has a pool or could accomodate and elevated pool that would be ideal.

Budget: up to $2M for a property needing minimal work or with 6+ bedrooms.
