Buyers Property Description: 

We are searching for our Ocean Isle Beach getaway. We have a budget of up to $1.2M and are looking for a great place in either the first 2-3 rows with ocean views or possibly something on the canal streets. We have some family that already own property there and are looking forward to being able to vacation together and rent the property when we are not using it. We would prefer at least 4 bedrooms. 

If the home is not on the Ocean front a pool would be a nice bonus or at least room to add one. We are not looking to do massive projects or renovations so turn key and furnished would be ideal.

We like tall cielings and plenty of outdoor deck/entertaining space. We are not real big fans of having carpet in a beach house so solid surface flooring is preferred.
