Buyers Property Description: 

After many wonderful years vacationing to Holden Beach and renting I am ready to have a place of my own on the Island. I will be purchasing CASH and am prepared to pay top market value for the right property.

I would prefer to find something that has been updated or at least does not have a lot of deferred maintinance, but also am not opposed to taking on projects for the right place. 

I go to the Beach for serenity and I'm looking for a place that is well suited for that. I like an open floor plan and light airy atmosphere. Plenty of deck/outdoor space for entertaining is a plus. The closer to the Beach the better. 

A pool would also be a nice bonus but not necessary. If you would consider selling your Beach house for top dollar and cash and think it would fit my lifestyle preferences please reach out.
