Buyers Property Description: 

I was raised in Carolina Beach and after living many places over the years the NC coast is calling me home. I am looking to buy a beach house on or close to the water. So here's what I'm after:

I have some flexibility but my main goal is to be on or near the water. This could be Ocean Front/Intracoastal or both...

Water views/frontage are obviously preferred but as long as I can either walk to the beach or see the water I'll certainly consider it.

I would love to find a property that has the option for split living spaces where I could occupy part of it and rent out the other. This is mainly becasue I still plan to travel for work and will be away extended period so would like the abiliy to rent during those times and still have a place to land if I come back for a Beach retreat. 

I would like to stay below $500,000 and am really open to a variety of optins so if you would consdier selling your beach house PLEASE let me know!
