Buyers Property Description: 

We are looking for a Sound view home in West Seattle, Burien or Des Moines.  Prefer 4+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, recenty remodeled, new or updated home.  An open floor plan and entertaining space would be ideal.  (Home could be a 3 bedroom, if it has an ADU or MIL, attached or detached.)  Prefer a fenced yard for our dogs, a sizeable yard with the option to install a pool yet would love an indoor or outdoor pool.  A two-car garage is preferred, yet not a deal-breaker.  Prefer a home without too many stairs and would be nice if it were close to a park, grocers and coffee shops.  We are credit approved up to $1,400,000.
