Buyers Property Description: 

We are excited to be buying our first home and are ready to move ASAP! We are searching in and around Shalotte, NC... give or take 30 miles or so. We would like to find a home that can host our family of 7! So we need something with at least 3 bedrooms but preferrably 4 or more. If it is 3 it would be great if there was some type of bonus room.

We also would like to find something with a big yard and some privacy, ideally on a acre or more but a large lot may do as well. We prefer an open floor plan and something move in ready as we are not really the handyman project type!

We are pre-approved and just waiting to find the right home to fit our needs!
