Buyers Property Description: 

We are looking to find our retirement pad along the Southeast North Carolina Coast! We are relocating from Charlotte and would liek to find a nice condo to fit our lifestyle.

We are looking anywhere really from Calabash to Oak Island areas. 

We would love for the condo to have a screened in area, be on the 1st or 2nd floor with 1,100 - 1,500 or so square feet.

Move in ready is a must as we are not looking to take on any big projects. We also have 2 dogs so needs to be pet friendly.

Community water views (pond, ocean etc) would be nice as well as a pool and good areas for walking. We would also like to find an HOA that covers as much as possible.
