We are looking for a 4 bedroom home that will suit the needs of our growing family. We love the idea of an open concept but could be persuaded by a different layout that offers a good flow for entertaining. Our ideal would be an updated kitchen and finished basement but are open to possibility of renovation after purchase. A seperate den or office would be preferred. We are looking for a private backyard preferrably fenced for dogs. We are pretty open to most locations in Peoria.
