We are looking for an updated 2500+ sq ft home within 2 miles of Wohler's Hall and Krannert Center on campus

We are looking for an updated or "needs a little updating" house with a master suite featuring its own bathroom and walk in closet. If it does not posess a master suite, it would need to have an arrangement of bedrooms that could be combined to create one. We would like an open dining and kitchen area or one that could be converted into an open plan. We need a bonus/rec room that is 350+ sq ft with an 8' ceiling throughout or yard space sufficient enough to build one on. The house must have plenty of storage and closets, an outdoor space for garden and entertaining, and an attached 2 car garage is optional but preferred.
