Buyers Property Description: 

We are looking for a home in lower Dutchess County with a comparatively level lot and a feeling of privacy.  We need at least three bedrooms and would love two baths.  We don't like being very near the neighborhors, so a reasonably large lot would be great.  We have small children, so we don't want to be on a busy road, but easy access to the highways would be nice.  A finished basement would be great, and a spacious kitchen would be great, too.  We like open-concept plans, but that's not a must-have.  We can do some work, but we definitely don't want a fixer-upper.  We'd love to be in our new home this summer.
