Buyers Property Description: 

My husband and I are looking to buy a house north of 35 to be closer to our children. We live in a house that is around 2200 square feet and would like to downsize a little. We would prefer a ranch style home if it is not a ranch we need a master bedroom on the first floor.A nice size yard and a house that doesn't have an HOA or a reasonable HOA price if there is one.  We like updated houses that are similar to new builds. We are willing to go up to $300,000 for the right home. The right home needs to have high ceilings, with plenty of updates throughout. I would like a move in ready home.
