Buyers Property Description: 

We are looking to upgrade our living space. We are looking for ideally 4 bedrooms, but could make 3 bedrooms with a study work. Bedrooms size isn't as important as a nice sized kitchen and we prefer an open layout. Our max budget is $165,000.00 but could go a little higher with the PERFECT home. Prefer a separate shower and a jetted tub in the master - not a must have - more of a like. Want something with plenty of storage space. We do have to sell our home first, so someone that is ok taking a contingency offer.
