I am looking for office/studio space to rent in the Wilmington area. I would like to find either a set up with a private office and access to meeting/conference rooms or a larger open space that could accomodate small groups up to 10-15 people. It does not need to be fancy or furnished but I am open to those options as well. I really like the Porters Neck but am flexible on location for the right space. We will be doing video production and small classes/meetings so need a space that could work for that. Budget for the space is $400/mo for unfurnished and can go higher for furnished/additional amenities.
